Eze Simon

Eze Simon

Founder & CEO

Simon was born in the south-eastern region of Nigeria and spent his early age with his grandparents who were farmers. Simon has 6 years of experiences in marketing, sales, and logistics. Simon is the managing director of African Sustainable Energies and founder of Hafford Nigeria. He previously worked as Sales manager at Mac Distribution Ng. Limited Lagos, marketing researcher at China South Railway (now CRRC Inc.) Beijing and as a Sales associate at Eran Industrial- a Sino-American LED manufacturer based in Ningbo China.

Simon earned his Master’s degree in International Management from Nottingham University Business School.  He speaks Igbo, Yoruba, English, and Mandarin

Benson is a Master’s degree graduate of Information Technology from the National Opening University of Nigeria (NOUN) and also a bachelors degree graduate of Information Managment Technology from Federal University of Technology (FUTO). Benson has over 4 years experience spanning across digital marketing communications, renewable energy,   e-commerce, supply chain distribution and business development.

Benson previously worked as an e-marketing executive at Pragmatic Technologies Limited (PRAG); a position that wealthy knowledge of  Nigeria’s clean energy growing market and e-commerce ecosystem at large.

Benson is the Managing Director of Hafford Technology and COO @ Hafford.NG (AGRO) responsible for her day to day operation, digital Marketing, communication, Data Analytic, Trend spotting, Brand storytelling and Content Development

Kingsley is an Inbound/Outbound logistics specialist with 9 years of experience in the maritime industry. He previously worked for Secular Solution Nigeria Limited and member of the Chartered Institute Logistics & Transportation (CILT). Kingsley has vast knowledge in supply chain management, Import/export operations, land-border documentations, clearing and forwarding services.  Kingsley holds a BSc. Degree in Geography and Planning from the University Of Lagos.

Advisory Partner ( Agro researcher)

Seth was born and raised in Texas where he spent his youth counting case bearers in pecan orchards while assisting his father in agricultural field research. He has 13 years experience as an entrepreneur including 5 years experience in international trade; during which he started and ran electronics reverse Logistics Company in Hong Kong and a frozen meat trading company in China.

His passion is in sustainable resource management, in pursuit of this he established Innov8tia Environmental Engineering, a technology startup which developed an advanced waste management technology based on microwave assisted pyrolysis. Seth has studied business in New York, Hong Kong, and Korea, and environmental science at The University of Nottingham.

Sadiq has a strong passion for farming and currently managing director of FalGates and owner of FALRice. He holds a BSc. degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering and double Master’s degree in Management from the Swinburne University of Technology, Australia and Entrepreneurship from University of Nottingham, UK. Falalu also attended Harvard University, the USA where he studied International Business & Strategy.  He began his career as a young entrepreneur from childhood which has exposed him to various aspects of business management, he has experience in conducting business all around the world ranging from the Far East in China, and these gave him the opportunity to further develop Hafford.

Charlene holds a double degree in International Business and Management from University of Nottingham and University of Glasgow. Charlene has 4 years of Sino-African trading experience and previously worked as the market researcher for China Harbor Engineering Company, overseeing seaport project in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Charlene is currently a business researcher at The University of Nottingham Ningbo China. She is interested in sustainable business development, Rice milling, and Sino-African trade at Hafford
